Sound Bath for Deep Stress Relief & Relaxation

You’re invited to a sound bath experience crafted those of you who already know: “The issues are in the tissues.”
It’s a quiet container, limited to six people, where we go beyond words and into deep energetic restoration.
No instruction, no teaching—just an hour of immersive sound to let your system recalibrate in peace.

Guided Introspective Breathwork®

The power of a Guided Introspective Breathwork® Journey: a deeply supportive experience designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Through intentional breathing, guided support, and a safe space to turn inward, you may access emotional release, mental clarity, and profound inner insight. This journey invites you to quiet the outside world, move stagnant energy, and create space for healing, renewal, and lasting transformation. No experience needed.


Indoor Chromatic Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply relaxing chromatherapy sound bath: a blend of soothing sound healing and color therapy designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore inner balance.
As you rest beneath gently shifting colored lights, you’ll be guided through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sound instruments, supporting deep relaxation, grounding, and emotional reset. You’ll also receive simple insights into how sound and color influence the nervous system.
No experience is needed.
Sunrise Sound Bath

Start your day with peace and intention at this Outdoor Sunrise Sound Bath. Surrounded by fresh morning air and the beauty of sunrise, you’ll relax into soothing sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance. This one-hour experience is a powerful way to reset your energy, gain clarity, and begin the day feeling grounded, refreshed, and centered. No experience needed.

Start with an hour of sound and color to calm your system and create safety. Crystal bowls & shifting lights guide you into effortless relaxation. Followed directly with a guided breathwork session to help move patterns that feel stuck. No experience needed. Just breathe, receive, and allow the breath to release what your body is ready to let go of.

Join us for a deeply supportive Guided Introspective Breathwork® Journey created for those who may be feeling alone, disconnected, or unseen. Loneliness is not always about being physically alone—it can exist even when surrounded by others when we don’t feel safe expressing our thoughts, emotions, or true selves. In this intimate small-group experience (limited to 6 participants), you’ll be held in a compassionate space with like-minded individuals also seeking connection, healing, and inner peace.
Outdoor Pool Float Sound Bath
Date: June 28th, July 2nd, July 29th, August 9th, August 26th

People are drawn to an experience like this because it combines three things the nervous system deeply responds to: sound, water, and safety.
In a typical sound bath, you’re already entering a relaxed, meditative state through vibration and frequency. When you add water- especially floating or gently supported on an airbed- you amplify that effect in a really unique way. The body feels weightless, the mind has fewer “anchors,” and the nervous system can downshift faster into rest and repair.
