Introspective Breathwork® Therapy

This is the core of my work.

Introspective Breathwork® is a guided, trauma-informed, somatic practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. It acts as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind—allowing you to access and safely process emotions that may be stored within the body.

​

Through this work, you move beyond simply thinking about your experiences and into actually feeling, releasing, and integrating them. Many people experience moments of clarity, insight, and emotional release as the breath gently guides you into a deeper state of awareness.

Sound Healing

Sound healing works alongside breathwork to deepen the experience and support your body in reaching a relaxed, receptive state.

During a session, I use Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls—made from 99.998% pure quartz—along with instruments such as gong, chimes, and shells to create resonant frequencies that interact with your body’s natural rhythms. These tones gently guide your nervous system into a state of calm, helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

​

As the sound moves through the body, it can support emotional release, physical relaxation, and deeper internal awareness. Many clients experience this as both deeply calming and transformative—allowing the body to shift into a state where healing can naturally occur.

​Crystal Sound Healing Instruments
Quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments are used to create a deeply immersive and restorative sound experience.​

Heated Crystal PEMF Mat
This mat combines pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF), infrared heat, and photon light therapy to support relaxation, circulation, and physical recovery while promoting deep comfort.

Brainwave Tuning Forks
These tools are calibrated to specific brainwave frequencies to help guide the mind into relaxation, focus, or deeper meditative states.

Dowsing Rods (Optional)
May be used to enhance body awareness and provide additional insight into emotional or energetic patterns.
