Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels, including those who are completely new. I guide you through each experience in a safe and supportive way, so you can move at your own pace.

This experience is for those who feel ready to step out of constant stress and into a more grounded, regulated state. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something deeper, this space is designed to support you.

Your experience includes breathwork sessions, sound healing, integration circles, curated excursions, accommodations, and most meals. The retreat is intentionally designed so you can fully focus on your experience without needing to plan or manage details.

Travel to and from Sedona is not included. One meal during our stop in Tuba City will also be on your own.

You can reserve your spot with a $500 deposit and choose a flexible monthly payment plan, or pay in full at a discounted rate using Venmo, Zelle, or check. Credit card payments are also available, with a 3% processing fee.

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited space, deposits are non-refundable. However, if something unexpected arises, your investment can be transferred to a future retreat.

Yes—many guests attend solo. This space is designed to feel safe, welcoming, and supportive whether you come on your own or with someone else.

Once you reserve your spot, you’ll receive a detailed packing list. In general, comfortable clothing, layers, and anything that helps you feel grounded and supported will be encouraged.

Each day is intentionally guided, but not rigid. The experience is designed to allow space for both structured sessions and personal integration, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed.
