The services provided by Introspective with Amy are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Breathwork, sound healing, and wellness services are complementary practices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or emergency medical treatment.

4. Payments & Booking Policies

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

For retreats and special events:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

• Payment plans may be offered on select experiences

• Remaining balances must be paid according to agreed payment arrangements

Introspective with Amy reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings when necessary.

5. Cancellation Policy

Private Sessions:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable

Retreats & Events:

• Deposits are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation costs

• In certain circumstances, payments may be transferable to future experiences at the sole discretion of Introspective with Amy

6. Retreat & Event Participation

Participation in retreats, hikes, outdoor activities, wellness experiences, or group events may involve physical activity and inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your participation and release Introspective with Amy from liability related to injuries, losses, damages, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during participation.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and emotionally able to participate safely.
