Introspective Sound Healing
PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION
Learn the Art, Science & Responsibility of Sound Healing
TRAUMA-INFORMED ● NERVOUS SYSTEM FOCUSED ● ONLINE + HYBRID PATHS
A 16-week online certification designed for heart-centered practitioners, wellness professionals, coaches, therapists, yoga teachers, and sound healing students who want to use sound with intention, skill, and nervous-system awareness.

Sound Healing With Intention
Sound can be beautiful, powerful, and deeply supportive.
But becoming a skilled practitioner requires more than knowing how to make an instrument sound beautiful.
The Introspective Sound Healing Practitioner Certification teaches you how sound interacts with the body, brain, breath, nervous system, emotional processing, attention, and human experience while giving you a professional framework for facilitating both private and group sessions.
You’ll learn to use sound with intention - rather than simply “playing instruments.”
This program provides more than an on-line learning experience. The certification also provides a community within the Sound Healing program. A community that stays available to you, even after completing your certification, for sharing experiences, asking questions, and receiving encouragement.

Meet Your Instructor - Amy Wilson
This certification wasn't created from theory alone- it was born from my own healing.
For years, I searched for ways to understand why people could know exactly what needed to change in their lives and still feel stuck. Like many of the clients I work with today, I discovered that lasting transformation isn't just about mindset. It's about the nervous system. My path led me into the worlds of breathwork, sound healing, neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and personal transformation. Along the way, I experienced firsthand how powerful healing can be when we create safety in the body, regulate the nervous system, and allow space for the wisdom already within us to emerge. As I trained in multiple healing modalities, I noticed something was missing. Many programs focused heavily on spirituality but lacked scientific grounding.

Others taught techniques without addressing trauma, safety, or the deeper human experience. I knew there had to be a more integrated approach. That realization became the foundation for One Breath Institute and the Introspective Sound Healing Practitioner Certification. This program brings together the elements I believe matter most: sound, nervous system science, trauma-informed facilitation, ethical practice, and the lived wisdom that comes from doing your own inner work. My goal is not simply to teach you how to play instruments.
My goal is to help you become a practitioner who understands how to create safe, meaningful experiences that support healing, regulation, and transformation. The methods you'll learn here have been shaped not only by education and research, but by years of personal growth, client work, and witnessing the profound resilience of the human spirit. This is more than a certification. It's the culmination of a life's work dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves, one breath, one vibration, and one moment of awareness at a time.

What You’ll Be Able to Do After This Training
By the end of the certification, you will be able to:
-
Facilitate private sound healing sessions with structure and confidence.
-
Lead small group sound baths with safety and intention.
-
Understand how sound may affect the nervous system, breath, body awareness, emotional state, and attention.
-
Choose instruments based on the client’s goal, sensitivity level, and desired nervous system outcome.
-
Use crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells, ocean drum, rattles, gong foundations, and tuning fork foundations with greater skill.
-
Create sessions that include rhythm, resonance, harmony, dissonance, silence, and integration.
-
Recognize when a client is softening, bracing, overwhelmed, activated, or shutting down.
-
Know when to modify, pause, stop, or refer.
-
Use professional intake, consent, documentation, and aftercare practices.
-
Market your work with clarity, integrity, and evidence-aware language.

The Philosophy Behind This Training
At the heart of this certification is a simple belief:
Sound can be beautiful, powerful, and supportive — but it must be used with respect.
This training is grounded in love, safety, practical science, nervous system awareness, and ethical care.
You will learn how to honor the mystery of sound without making claims you cannot support.
You will learn how to speak about energy while also understanding the body.
You will learn how to facilitate with confidence without stepping outside your scope.
You will learn how to bring beauty, structure, professionalism, and heart into every session you lead.
