Teachers, this one is for you. 🍎 Enjoy a complimentary sound bath created to help you pause, exhale, and settle after giving so much to others. Choose from two sessions: August 27 at 7:00 PM September 1 at 7:00 PM Space is limited to six teachers per session, and advance registration is required.

Complimentary Sound Bath for Teachers
Teachers spend so much of their time guiding, supporting, encouraging, and caring for others. This complimentary sound bath is an opportunity to receive some care in return.
You will lie comfortably on a yoga mat while the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments fill the space, inviting your body and mind into a greater sense of groundedness, calm, and rest.
No sound bath or meditation experience is needed. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing, settle onto your mat, and allow yourself to pause without needing to accomplish, manage, or take care of anyone else.
Please hydrate to prepare! No pacemakers allowed.
